25 August 2024 – Standard and Namibian Duathlon Nationals (A1 Bridge)
Standard Duathlon (series Distance and Nationals distance)- 10km run/ 40km cycle/5km run
Sprint Duathlon – 5km run/20km cycle/2.5km run
Super Sprint – 2.5km run/10km bike/1,25km run
Fun Run – 10km/5km/2.5km
Teams Standard Distance – 2 athletes, 1 runner, 1 cyclist

Entry fee is N$400 for the series
or N$125 per duathlon
Fun run is N$ 50
If you are not a member of the Namibian Triathlon Federation, a N$50 day license fee will be applicable(Payable with your normal entry) – (This is only applicable for the duathlons and not the fun run)
Teams – N$125 per team,(each team member will need to pay the day license fee) i.e if there are 2 members in the team who are not NTF members then the entrance fee would be N$125+N$50+N$50 = N$225

To be considered for the National Championship, you need to be a fully paid up member of the Namibian Triathlon Federation
